Motion to accept and approve the Consent Agenda “B” as follows by omnibus vote:

b. Unaudited Financial Statements as of 12/31/2009
c. Bills Payable dated 01/19/2010

a. Resolution 2010-R-02, 2009 Budget Amendments & Reserve Adjustments (Fire Dept)
b. Resolution 2010-R-03, a Resolution amending the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement
with the Landfill Venture Group

Members, and possibly a quorum, of Town Committees/Boards as appointed by the Town Board for the Town of Boulder Junction may attend the Town Board meeting. No action will be taken by said committees/boards at this Regular Board Meeting.
