6) CONSENT AGENDA B: FINANCES FOR APPROVAL
Motion to accept and approve the Consent Agenda “B” as follows by omnibus vote:
a. Bills Payable dated 01/05/2010
7) REPORTS & CORRESPONDENCE
8) LICENSES & PERMITS
a. Operator License: Rebecca L. Wilde (Coontail Corner)
9) NEW BUSINESS (continued) – Discussion & possible action:
a. Cleaning Service Proposals –award or reject contract
b. Resolution 2010-R-__, A Resolution designating unused budget monies and excess funds for 2009
10) ADJOURN

Members, and possibly a quorum, of Town Committees/Boards as appointed by the Town Board for the Town of Boulder Junction may attend the Town Board meeting. No action will be taken by said committees/boards at this Regular Board Meeting.
