There will be a Park Board Meeting & Quorum on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 1pm of the Parks Board Playground Committee at the Boulder Junction Playground & Pavilion by the Sturm Ball Field, Boulder Junction, WI 54512. THIS NOTICE OF A PARK BOARD MEETING IS GIVEN FOR THE PURPOSE OF SEVERAL PARK BOARD MEMBERS MEETING WITH DOUG REIMER, OF GERBER LEISURE PRODUCTS TO SHOW HIM THE PLAYGROUND AREA AND TO MAKE INITIAL CONTACT. THE OVERALL PURPOSE OF THIS MEETING IS TO BEGIN TO CREATE A PLAN TO IMPROVE THE PLAYGROUND IN THE FUTURE. THIS INFORMAL MEETING IS TO BE HELD IN ACCORDANCE WITH WISCONSIN’S OPEN MEETING LAW. DUE TO THE COVID – 19 PANDEMIC RESTRICTIONS, ALL ENTITIES ATTENDING THIS MEETING IN PERSON WILL BE ATTENDING THIS MEETING OUTDOORS AT THE PLAYGROUND/PAVILION BEHIND THE CHAMBER WITH MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO PROTECT THE COMMUNITY FROM COVID 19.
