Please Take the Economic Development Survey!

The Boulder Junction Economic Development/Connect Communities Committee (BJEDCCC) was formed by the Town of Boulder Junction in 2016 with a mission to develop and promote economic opportunities and explore investment options supporting our strategic economic development objectives and activities to enhance ongoing community prosperity. The first step in creating a strategic plan to fulfill that mission was to gain insight from the community by creating a survey. The results from that 2016 survey have helped the BJEDCCC prioritize work groups, projects, and outreach for the past six years.

Since many things have changed since 2016, the BJEDCCC has created a new survey to gather opinions from both former and current residents, business owners, property owners, visitors, and others with a vested interest in Boulder Junction regarding the town’s current economy, to determine if there is a desire for economic change.

The survey can be found here https://survey.sogosurvey.com/r/XZZ2Pe. The survey should be taken only one time per person. The survey should take between 10 and 25 minutes to complete, depending upon the answers given. At the end of the survey, participants will be given the opportunity to enter into a drawing to win one of ten $25 Coontail gift cards.

Those who do not have a computer or internet access at home to take the survey are welcome to utilize the computers at the Boulder Junction Public Library during regular library hours Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10 am to 4 pm; Tuesday and Thursday 10 am to 7 pm; and Saturday 10 am to 1 pm.

If you have questions regarding the Boulder Junction Economic Development/Connect Communities Committee or the survey being conducted, please contact Committee Chair, Bill Spear at 715-573-8250.
